Bill/Fee Payment Options

Direct Pay

Sign up for Direct Pay (PDF) with the City of Evart. With this option, you will receive an e-bill and your payments are automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month at no additional cost to you.  This is only available for utility bills.

On-Line Bill / Fee Pay

The City of Evart has partnered with Point & Pay to provide you with easy, fast and secure options to pay your bills.
You can now pay your bills online, with your checking/savings account or credit/debit card (small convenience fee applies).

       Convenience Fees

  • A fee of $3.00 will be applied to checking/savings accounts payments.
  • A fee of 3% will be applied to credit/debit card payments.
  • Fees pay for charges by credit card companies and payment processors.
  • No revenue is generated for the City from these fees.

Point & Pay

We use Point & Pay to process our payments online. Point & Pay has been certified as maintaining the highest level of security as required by the credit card industry.
Point & Pay provides the highest level of security available and takes numerous measures to ensure your information is secure as possible. However, by using any Point & Pay services to pay City utility, property tax or other online fee, you understand that the City cannot guarantee your information will be secure and you cannot hold the City liable for any possible breach of information security.

Postmarks are NOT accepted as the payment date for tax payments.

In Person

Property taxes, utility payments and other fees can be paid in person at City Hall.

Payment Drop Boxes

For your convenience, the City of Evart has two payment drop boxes located at City Hall (in the breezeway) and on Main Street at Cant Hook Park. The Drop Boxes may be used after hours and weekends to drop off your tax bill, utility bill or miscellaneous payments. Please include your return address with the payment.
